Forgotten Frontline Exhibition
			Whitstable Museum 2009

In 2009 Mapping Kent worked alongside a number of partners to bring the 'Forgotten Frontline' exhbition to the Whitstable Museum
To commemorate the 70th anniversary of the outbreak of war in 1939, the Forgotten Frontline exhibition will combine
large-scale aerial photography from the end of the war, with testimony and accounts given by local people.
Detailing the preparations made to repel the anticipated Nazi invasion, this unique display will recount what local people went through during those wartime years.
The exhibition was featured in a number of news articles, notably on the BBC Southeast Today programme and on the Kent Online new website.
