As part of Heritage Open Days 2009, the Mapping Kent team joined over sixty guests and conflict archaeologists Andy Brockman, Digging Dad's Army and Mark Harrison, Timescapes in a guided walk showcasing the buildings and fortifications that were constructed during the Second World War. The walk complemented the 'The Forgotten Frontline' Exhibition produced by Mapping Kent and Timescapes.
